If you are on an Environmental Advisory Council, if you would like to learn about establishing one in your community, or if you are a municipal official who is interested in learning more about conservation and environmental issues, join us at the 2017 Environmental Advisory Council Conference! The conference will be held on May 6th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the DoubleTree Resort in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This event will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss issues impacting local municipalities, share ideas and network. Special guest, John Rogers from Keystone Conservation Trust, will present “Return on the Environment: Understanding the True Value of Our Natural Resources”. John has completed several municipal studies that document the savings natural resources provide to communities and the recreational revenue they generate.
Registration is only $35 (if you register by March 14) and includes networking breakfast, morning EAC session, lunch and afternoon session of your choice. For more information and to register ConserveLand.org.
