Featured Business of the Month
Adventurously Brewed, that’s the motto of Lindgren Craft Brewery in Duncannon, Pennsylvania. Enter the Historic Duncannon National Bank and you’re welcomed by 20’ vaulted ceilings, grand windows, 24 gold beer taps on the wall and a friendly face behind the bar. In addition to 24 beers, Lindgren Craft Brewery also operates a Craft Kitchen, serving up elevated handhelds and smash burgers that are sure to satisfy the hunger of beer drinkers or adventurers alike.
With bragging rights as the only brewery physically on the Appalachian Trail, Lindgren welcomes hikers throughout the year from Thru-Hikers to section hikers and Day Hikers that may be exploring local trails such as the Hawk Rock Overlook in Duncannon.
The history Lindgren Craft Brewery started as a dream of father and son, Clifford and Michael Lindgren, in 2018 in an old milk house on their family farm in Duncannon. In 2023, the brewery moved to The Bank in downtown Duncannon where all beer production is now performed.
Two brew systems keep the 24 taps filled with fun experimental beers and trusty classics year around. Brewers that are passionate about local ingredients or unique combinations brew beers that can be enjoyed without going over the top.
Not a fan of craft beer? Lindgren has you covered with PA wines and spirits. Weekly food specials keep things fresh but you can always count on the best-selling Bulgogi Cheesesteak to be on the menu!
Lindgren Craft Brewery also hosts Trivia and Bingo to keep patrons entertained! Keyholders, the Lindgren Mug Club, get annual perks like a monthly draft, birthday gift cards, swag, discounts, and two annual Keyholder parties. 2026 sign-ups are currently open December 3rd through December 31st. Just visit one of our bartenders for more information!

KRCL Businesses on the Ridge

Earth Artisan & Outfitter outfits people for Life. We specialize in mindfully connecting people to the planet with earth-based & nature-inspired art, goods, gear & guides for home, garden & trail. We are downtown Carlisle’s first and longest operating totally earth-based small business. November 2025 will mark our 12th year in business, with a combined thirty + years experience as artists, educators, arborists, plant healthcare specialists, flyfishing, guides, environmentalists and adventurers.
We are passionate about the earth and the arts, inspiring a close connection to nature, in support of Life Wild and Free. We exist in a beautiful region, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, surrounded by fields, forests, and rivers, public lands, parks, and the Appalachian Trail. Each of these precious natural areas, and the life within, needs to be respected & protected. Our goal is to change the dynamic, provide opportunities to learn, grow, share & create, to bring people together in celebration & support of the place we all call home: Earth. By thinking globally and acting locally, we acknowledge what each of us does creates ripples that are felt near and far. We hope to create positive ripples for all Life Wild & Free, this generation and the next.
Each item in our shop is small batch, carefully curated for the highest quality craftsmanship, form and function. Everything is Earth-Family Tested and Mother Nature Approved, inspired by how we live, work and play and the tools we use and love, each made with sustainability of the planet & her people in mind.
Stop by Earth for a visit and to gather awesome earth-inspired art, photography, goods, gear, and guides to inspire your journey –and bring a little bit of “out there” into your home habitat. Our brick and mortar store is located in a mid-1800’s carriage house at 37 West Chapel Ave in the wilds of historic downtown Carlisle, PA. Get Out & Get Here! Then, Go Take A Hike!
