The Kittatinny Coalition, with the input of numerous partners and stakeholders, completed a Strategic Plan in December 2020. We have re-hired Conservation Consulting Group (CCG), who helped the Coalition develop the plan, to provide implementation guidance. CCG and a Restructuring Committee will be working on a draft Memorandum of Understanding between partners and chartering Kittatinny Coalition Committees. The committees will be based on sub-geographies, or “sub-landscapes”, that will help us build and deepen community engagement along the long linear path of the Kittatinny Ridge. More information about the draft MOU and committee structure will be provided over the coming weeks.
